Role Overview
Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience, support sales and operations, and leverage technology to create a seamless shopping journey. The role involves collaborating with a team to exceed KPIs and propel the business forward.
What You Will Do
As a Sales Lead, you will embody Fabletics’ culture and values, engage customers, drive customer engagement, provide training and feedback, and maintain store merchandising guidelines. You will also strive for excellence in meeting store objectives and serve as a resource for product knowledge.

Requirements
- 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment
- Prior retail management experience
- Knowledge & familiarity of active lifestyle choices
- Ability to socially interact with Customers, Employees and Business Partners
- Ability to work with large teams
- Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems
- Self-motivated, a good communicator with an innate ability to bring the best out in others
- The ability to multi-task, set priorities and work well under pressure
