Business Development Consultant – Saudi Arabia (Arabic Speaker)

Role Overview

Join our Business Development team in Dubai to identify, develop, and qualify new business opportunities in the Middle East region. Participate in prospecting, generating new business revenues, and shaping the business strategy.

What You Will Do

Participate in prospecting, identifying, and qualifying potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline in assigned accounts across the Middle East region. Assist in preparing RFP responses, client presentations, demos, and proposals.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in sales with an enterprise software solution provider, preferably within the financial services sector. Proven exposure to the Middle East market, particularly KSA and Kuwait, is required.

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or equivalent from a leading university.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales with an enterprise software solution provider, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Proven exposure to Middle East market particularly KSA and Kuwait is required
• Existing regional network across banking & financial institutions in the GCC is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise length complex sales cycles is preferred.
• Good understanding of key aspects of client relationship management and account management.
• Knowledge of Go-to-Market planning and sales forecasts.
• Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot.
• Knowledge of credit scoring, risk management, loan origination, decision engine and collection is preferable.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment & across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic (both oral and written).
