Join the credit union nationally endorsed by The Dave Ramsey Show to develop, execute, test, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital advertising to drive engagement, product adoption, and growth.
What You Will Do
Design, build, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, create digital assets, manage audience segmentation, and analyze campaign performance to improve results and optimize user experience.
Why It Might Be a Fit
A portfolio of digital marketing work is required, and a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field is preferred. Experience executing digital marketing campaigns and knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies are also required.
Requirements
- Portfolio of digital marketing work
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field
- Experience executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, personalization strategies, and campaign optimization techniques
- Experience creating and managing content in social media and email marketing platforms
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance reporting
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Creative mindset balanced with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
