Business Growth Consultant – Life & Commercial

Role Overview

As a Business Growth Consultant, you’ll play a powerful, hands-on role in transforming our district’s Life and Commercial insurance production. You’ll serve as a catalyst for success in partnership with agency owners, sales leaders, and producers across District 40.

What You Will Do

Coach agency teams on Life and Commercial sales and process improvement, identify new opportunities, educate agency staff on Life and Commercial products, and support cross-selling and prospecting techniques.

Requirements

• Insurance industry experience
• Active insurance license required
• Strong understanding of insurance sales and agency operations
• Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills
