Senior Finance Systems Lead

Role Overview

The Senior Finance Systems Lead serves as a key functional leader within Finance, responsible for the effectiveness, optimization, and evolution of critical Finance systems and related integrations.

What You Will Do

The role will serve as HCHB’s primary Finance subject-matter expert for Zuora, providing functional ownership and leadership across billing, revenue-related processes, month-end activities, system configuration, integrations, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Deep end-to-end understanding of Zuora
• Primary Finance point of contact for Zuora-related questions, issues, enhancements, and vendor interactions
• Translation of Finance and Accounting requirements into clear functional requirements
• Leadership of Finance workstream for system implementations, enhancements, and integrations involving Zuora and related platforms
• Identification of opportunities to simplify, automate, and strengthen Finance processes through improved system configuration and integration
• Development of detailed knowledge of system activities supporting month-end close
• Partnership with Accounting to resolve system issues affecting close, billing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Leadership or coordination of Finance requirements, UAT, regression testing, validation, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support for Finance system changes
• Ensuring system processes support appropriate financial controls, audit requirements, access governance, data integrity, and documentation standards
• Facilitation of requirements gathering, driving decisions, tracking dependencies, escalating risks, and helping ensure projects reach completion
• Building and maintaining process maps, system documentation, procedures, configuration knowledge, troubleshooting guides, and training materials
