Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B or B2G SaaS sales experience, with a record of meeting targets
- 2+ years of EdTech and/or Education experience, working within higher education, K12 education, corporate L&D, and/or workforce training
- Experience with average contract values (ACV) of 50K+, with additional examples of 6-figure deals under your belt
- Ability to self-generate pipeline – experience sourcing 40-50% (or more) of top of funnel opportunities, with the rest coming from BDRs and Marketing
- Strong communication & negotiation skills – you can simplify complex ideas and close strategic deals effectively.
- Self-motivated & adaptable – you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Growth mindset – ability to receive/give feedback and evolve as a salesperson
- CRM proficiency – experience managing sales pipelines and tracking performance.
- Passion for positive impact – excited about FeedbackFruits’s vision and mission for positively impacting society through education
