Role Overview
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy aligned with company goals and brand priorities. Conduct training needs analysis, create training calendars, and design and deliver training programs on selling skills, key account management, and digital selling models.
What You Will Do
Design and deliver training programs, conduct field coaching, and provide actionable feedback to sales leadership. Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and track training completion, certification, and competency levels.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 8-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or sales training, with a strong understanding of pharma selling models and therapy areas. They will have excellent facilitation and presentation skills, a coaching and mentoring capability, and a high level of integrity and compliance awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field
- MBA / Post‐Graduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, or HR (preferred)
- 8–15 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and/or sales training
- Minimum 3–5 years in a Sales Training / L&D role within the pharma industry
- Strong exposure to field sales operations and brand launches
