Role Overview
The Sales Enablement Specialist will play a key role in elevating the performance of our Account Executives (AEs) beyond ramp. This individual will partner closely with the Sales Enablement Manager to reinforce ongoing skill development, run targeted coaching programs, and help turn underperformers into consistent producers.
What You Will Do
The Sales Enablement Specialist will own and facilitate weekly sales training sessions for AEs, analyze sales performance data to identify skill gaps, and implement targeted enablement initiatives.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in SaaS sales or sales enablement
- Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role (AE, BDR, etc.)
- Experience designing or facilitating sales training and coaching programs
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and key SaaS sales motions (discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills—comfortable leading groups and influencing peers
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate data into actionable improvement plans
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
