Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will help shape the online presence of Finney Hospitality Group’s restaurant brands, creating engaging content and promoting new menu launches. The role involves collaborating with teams, creating content, and testing new ideas to keep the brands fresh and relevant.

What You Will Do

The Marketing Manager will create content for social media, own the content calendar, and create marketing campaigns around events, seasonal offerings, and menu launches. They will also attend restaurant and community events to capture and share content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, or a related field
  • Marketing, social media, internship, or content creation experience
  • Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and short-form content
  • Eye for great photo, video, caption, or story
  • Ability to take an idea and run with it without needing someone to map out every step
  • Organizational skills to balance multiple restaurant brands, campaigns, events, and deadlines
  • Comfortable traveling between FHG restaurant locations
  • Flexibility to attend occasional evening or weekend events
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year
  • Full-time position
