VP of Sales Operations role at a venture-backed healthtech company, responsible for building and leading the operational backbone of commercial organization, connecting demand generation, order management, fulfillment, and revenue operations.
Requirements
- 8–15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles
- Experience managing DTC ecommerce operations for physical products – ideally devices or hardware
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce
- Experience working with contract manufacturers and/or supply chain and fulfillment partners
- Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up in a high-growth environment
- Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment
