We’re looking for a passionate and motivated full-time Account Manager to join our team and support our valued customers in the Brisbane/Gold Coast region. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our Hardware portfolio working closely with timber merchants and builders.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in the building or construction industry, ideally within transactional sales or key account management
- Strong ability to multitask, solve problems proactively, and coordinate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and on time delivery of customer orders
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong relationship building skills and the ability to develop genuine rapport with customers
- Confident working both autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering consistent results
- Passion for sales paired with solid business acumen and a drive to achieve commercial outcomes
- Collaborative mindset, thriving within a dynamic and supportive team environment
- Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM system is advantageous
