Role Overview
We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative leader to guide our Waikato operations. As part of Firth, a nationwide network of over 700 people, you’ll be part of a supportive, values-led culture focused on safety, respect, and continuous improvement.
What You Will Do
Guide and support the Waikato operations and sales function, foster a positive team culture, build trusted relationships with customers and internal partners, oversee regional performance, and encourage continuous improvement.
