Félix is a hyper-growth Series B company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. The Product Operations Manager will own the execution layer of the Disbursements team, ensuring every dollar moved arrives at its destination safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in product ops, analytics, fintech, technology, or related experience
- Advanced use of BI tools; strong analytical skills and SQL proficiency are a plus
- Native or professional fluency in Spanish is required, as you will be deep in the weeds of our core user chat experience. High proficiency in English is required for internal collaboration.
