We’re looking for a motivated and driven Senior Business Development Manager who will help us grow our business, foster our long-lasting partnerships, and drive the company to the next level. This role will involve working with the Global Lead of Cooperation Business in Germany and the CEO North America to manage and form relationships with intercity bus operators.
Requirements
- 5+ years previous experience as a high performer in a Business Development or Consulting organization enabling multi-million $ partnerships
- Strong commercial sense and ability to take over P&L responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to maneuver challenging situations
- Experience in implementing processes to ensure sales and account management excellence
- Willingness to travel 25% of time
- Comfortable in a startup environment
