Senior Data Analyst – CRM

Role Overview

Join our global CRM team as a Senior Data Analyst to drive the team forward, develop our brands and customer communication throughout the globe. You will own CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets, delivering clear visibility into performance, customer behavior, and commercial impact.

What You Will Do

Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, drivers of customer behavior, value-generating segments, and cross-market differences. Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions alongside deep-dive analyses and ad hoc business investigations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI
• Proven track record of building dashboards and automated reporting solutions for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong SQL expertise (CTEs, window functions, multi-table joins) in a modern cloud data warehouse
• Advanced Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX, and best-practice dashboard design and visualization
• Solid understanding of marketing and CRM KPIs (conversion, engagement, attribution, customer lifetime value)
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing/CRM teams
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze is a plus)
• Strong data storytelling, statistical literacy (e.g., significance testing), and a structured, detail-oriented, and autonomous working style
• Proficiency in English
