Sales Planning Specialist

Role Overview

The Sales Planning Specialist will work closely with the Sales team to develop advertising and sponsorship proposals for brands looking to connect with passionate sports audiences. The role involves combining creativity with data, managing multiple projects, and supporting a fast-paced sales team.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include developing customized advertising and sponsorship proposals, coordinating responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), creating sales presentations and pitch decks, gathering and analyzing audience data, and assisting with advertising packages and campaign planning.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in media planning, advertising, sales planning, or a related field
• Experience creating client-facing presentations, proposals, or marketing materials
• Strong PowerPoint or Google Slides skills, with an eye for storytelling and visual presentation
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfort working with data and translating insights into clear recommendations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across different teams
• Interest in sports, digital media, advertising, or sponsorships
