The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all sales activities within the assigned territory to achieve and exceed business objectives. This role involves driving revenue growth, managing and developing a high-performing sales team, and overseeing a network of agents and distributors.
Requirements
- Experience in sales of centrifugal pumps, mechanical seals, or similar industrial equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant sales experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and sales management systems.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
