Senior FP&A Reporting Manager

Role Overview

The Head of Reporting will lead the Group management reporting agenda within the FP&A Finance team, ensuring senior leaders have a clear, accurate and timely view of financial performance.

What You Will Do

Deliver Group management reporting, flash results, and pro forma calculations for actuals and forecasts, supporting consistent regional reporting and leading flash review meetings.

This is a senior finance leadership role suited to a qualified finance professional with more than 10 years’ experience, including significant exposure to FP&A, management reporting, financial control, performance analysis, and team leadership in a complex, international organisation.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant or finance professional, ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
• 10+ years’ experience in Finance, including substantial experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial control or performance analysis
• Proven experience delivering Group management reporting and flash results in a complex, multi-entity or international organisation
• Advanced Excel and analytical capability, with experience using ERP, EPM, consolidation, reporting or BI tools and working with Finance Systems teams
• Experience managing and developing geographically dispersed or offshore finance teams
