General Manager Group FP&A

Role Overview

The General Manager Group FP&A will lead the enterprise FP&A agenda for Fonterra, owning group-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance management framework.

Key responsibilities include leading integrated business planning and financial reporting, providing strategic financial insights, and delivering the Group budget, business plan, and forecasting process.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in FP&A and/or finance business partnering within a large, complex organisation
• Deep, practical expertise in strategy-linked business plans, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and driver-based modelling
• A sound understanding of how market, operational and balance sheet drivers flow through to earnings and cash
• Credibility with senior leaders, executive teams and Boards, and the confidence to challenge constructively
• A track record of building high-performing teams and leading change in process, systems and ways of working
