Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for the Sales development for a specific Account or part of this Account (Program, Serial Life, Acquisitions), within a Division / Region. The role involves developing intimacy with Customer contacts, monitoring competition, preparing commercial offers, and managing a team of Sales Engineers.
What You Will Do
The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for negotiating ECRs and claims, following profitability of Programs, and overseeing commercial management for Spare Parts. They will also participate in Division Program reviews and lead the Acquisition Team.

Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Sales in the Automotive industry with successful track record preferrably in electronics field. International Experience is an advantage.
