The Channel Sales & Partnerships Director will be responsible for building and closing distribution partnerships to drive FoundersCard member acquisition. This is a senior, hunter-led B2B sales role with long, complex deal cycles.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships
- Proven hunter mindset and strong track record of closing deals with large, matrixed organizations
- Strong understanding of subscription economics (LTV, CAC, conversion rates)
- Builder mindset and motivated by closing revenue-generating deals
Benefits
- Base salary: $125,000 – $175,000, plus commission.
- Total compensation varies based on experience and performance.
