Role Overview

This is the first dedicated People Operations hire at Foxglove. The role will own employment compliance, people operations, and HR functions to support the company’s growth and scaling.

What You Will Do

The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for employment compliance, leave and benefits administration, HRIS administration, payroll, compensation cycles, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in HR, people operations, or employment compliance, with a strong understanding of US multi-state employment compliance and experience administering leave programs and supporting benefits compliance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in HR, people operations, or employment compliance
  • US multi-state employment compliance experience
  • I-9 and employment eligibility requirements knowledge
  • Experience administering leave programs and supporting benefits compliance
  • Strong operational instincts and sound judgment
