Director, FP&A

We are looking for a Director of FP&A with deep expertise in capital activity and strategic finance to lead financial planning, modeling, and analysis related to debt financing, equity raises, private equity transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. The role is a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, responsible for driving timely, responsive, and accurate inputs into all capital activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• 7+ years of progressive experience in finance
• Proven track record of successfully executing capital markets transactions
• Expert-level financial modeling skills
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex financial and capital markets concepts
• Extensive experience working with company executives, team leads and peers
