Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS or solution-based sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strategic mindset and curiosity
- Consultative approach and experience working with enterprise customers
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Domain knowledge of CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions
