Growth & Paid Media Manager

Role Overview

The Growth & Paid Media Manager will build a full-funnel media plan tied to FTAPI’s target accounts, buying groups, priority campaigns, and pipeline goals. They will balance demand creation with demand capture and make budget trade-offs clear. The manager will plan, launch, and optimize paid search, paid social, programmatic display, sponsored content, and retargeting. They will also test digital out-of-home and emerging channels where there is a sound audience and measurement case.

What You Will Do

The Growth & Paid Media Manager will own budgets, pacing, and agency or vendor performance. They will execute directly when needed and partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to connect media activity to CRM opportunities and revenue. They will establish conversion, naming, UTM, tracking QA, and reporting standards.

Requirements

• Substantial hands-on B2B paid media and growth experience
• Evidence that your work improved qualified pipeline, opportunity progression, or revenue
• Strong command of search and paid social
• Fluency in CRM-linked measurement, conversion tracking, experimentation, funnel analysis, and budget allocation
• Commercial judgment and ownership
• Ability to turn complex performance data into clear recommendations for Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and senior leadership
