Global FP&A Analyst

Help build the global planning engine behind a world-class organization as a Global FP&A Analyst at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies. The role involves leading global budgeting and forecasting cycles, owning and administering Anaplan, and building planning models and processes to increase speed, accuracy, and transparency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles (global/multi-regional exposure a plus)
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills
• Hands-on experience with Anaplan or another enterprise planning tool
• Advanced Excel; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) beneficial
• Solid grasp of financial statements and planning processes
• Clear communication, stakeholder partnership, and storytelling skills
• High attention to detail, comfort with large datasets, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
