This role is responsible for leading the design and delivery of data-driven marketing technology solutions across multiple channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into scalable technical implementations, ensuring seamless execution from data processing through to customer engagement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing automation within data-driven environments
- Proven experience implementing and scaling marketing automation capabilities in complex organizations
- Demonstrated experience leading technical delivery or implementation projects
- Experience working across multiple systems requiring data orchestration to support marketing activities
- Hands-on experience integrating with both on-premise and cloud-based database environments
- Experience working with both batch and real-time data for marketing use cases
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and manipulation
- Experience with system integration approaches such as APIs and data pipelines
- Exposure to data environments across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Familiarity with reporting and dashboarding tools
- Basic understanding of programming languages
