FusionTek is seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between client needs and technical solutions, providing expertise in cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and managed IT services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in an IT-related field preferred
- 5+ years of technical support experience in an MSP environment
- 2–3 years of Sales Engineer experience, or equivalent solutions-focused technical role
- Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
- Deep understanding of networking concepts and design
- Extensive experience designing cloud solutions
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
- Experience with RMM tools
- Experience with Autotask PSA
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert (MS-102)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
