Role Overview
GE Vernova is looking for an exceptional Europe Sales and Business Development Manager to join our Asset Management team. This position can be based in Spain, Italy, or Stafford, UK. The Asset Management Europe Digital Sales and Business Development Manager reports to the Global Sales Leader for Asset Management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of APM (Asset Performance Management) and DvM (Diagnostic & Monitoring) business across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA), working in close coordination with the Grid Automation Sales Director and regional sales teams.
What You Will Do
Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute the Go-to-Market strategy for enterprise-level solutions, promoting the Asset Management portfolio to utility and industrial customers. Sales Execution: Achieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and leading significant campaigns to win high-value, complex deals.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any other relevant field.
- Extensive knowledge of the European electrical and utility markets, complemented by a strong background in the digital/software business and sales domain.
- Strong background in Grid Automation/Services or relevant industrial sectors, including power generation and oil and gas.
- Ability to travel and valid work authorization in the EU.
- Fluent in English.

- Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

- Permanent disability due to illness: White Collars, Blue Collars and Managers. Insurance policy provides for 1 time Gross Annual Salary, up to €200,000 coverage.
- Life Insurance: Insurance policy provides for 2 times Gross Annual Salary coverage.

- Flexible working: Flexible working up to 10 working days per month for eligible roles.
- On-call duty: Only for Troia (FG) and Agrigento sites, Onshore Wind Service Business Work Location – € 124 gross daily on-call allowance per on-call day.
- Business trip allowance: Only for Troia (FG) and Agrigento sites, Onshore Wind Service business Work Location –Allowance equal to 20% of daily remuneration for each day spent away from the usual place of work, which involves an overnight stay outside the province of residence.
