Role Overview

The Deal Desk Manager is a critical member of the Sales Operations team, responsible for executing the full spectrum of sales support activities that enable the Business Development organization to move faster and close more deals.

What You Will Do

Field incoming RFIs and questionnaires, craft compelling and compliant proposals, develop pricing analyses, coordinate sales decks and materials, and manage the operational flow of deals from initial opportunity through contract execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in deal desk, sales operations, proposal management, bid management, or related sales support roles.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent RFIs, proposals, and sales cycle deliverables
  • Background in financial services, fund administration, or professional services strongly preferred
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and proposal management or document automation tools (Loopio, RFPIO, Responsive, or similar) is a significant plus
