Financial Analyst

Role Overview

The Financial Analyst I provides financial guidance and analytical support to assigned business functions, partnering with leadership to develop and manage revenue, cost of sales, expense, capital, and/or headcount budgets/forecasts.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include preparing monthly performance reports, conducting variance analysis, supporting cross-functional initiatives and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-1 years of financial experience
• Strong business mathematical and analytical skills with intense attention to detail with accuracy and consistency
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks under time constraints
• Strong interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with various levels of management
• Self-motivated and a self-starter continuously looking for process improvements
• Ability to effectively utilize basic Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Power BI, and Teams
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
