Role Overview

The GM Quality Connected Customer Continuous Improvement team is seeking a data scientist to support digital transformation and AI enablement efforts. The individual will work as a member of a team with deep experience in GM’s quality issue management and warranty systems.

What You Will Do

Work as a member of a cross-functional team to propose and implement high-impact data driven analytic solutions that address challenges for quality teams. Apply Data Science and Modeling techniques to drive data driven decision making and solve complex problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Operations Research, Engineering, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics or another quantitative field
  • 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist, or related
  • Experience with developing, deploying, and monitoring performance of large analytic data sets or machine learning based models
