We’re looking for an Assistant Vice President, Global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) lead to join our team at Genpact. As the Global ABM lead, you will be a strategic partner to sales, Marketing industry leads, and growth operations, driving personalised marketing efforts for high-value accounts. This role is central to aligning marketing and sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue growth through targeted campaigns, and to leading the structure and execution of Genpact’s executive relationship programme across 155 strategic accounts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in ABM or strategic B2B marketing, ideally within tech, consulting, or digital services.
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional programmes and executive-level engagement.
