Requirements
- Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Spring Boot microservices and distributed environments.
- Develop, maintain, and debug REST APIs and backend services.
- Perform SQL queries, optimization, and database troubleshooting to support application functionality.
- Collaborate with UI teams to resolve frontend-backend integration issues.
- Monitor system health using ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and other monitoring tools.
- Work with Kafka for event-driven architecture and message streaming.
- Deploy, manage, and debug applications in Kubernetes-based environments.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.
- Document support processes, incident resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
