The ideal candidate has a master’s degree in a relevant field, good experience in analytics and data science, and strong technical and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Masters’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business administration.
- Good years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related field, with at least two years in a managerial role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, SQL/AWS and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Understanding of business needs, market dynamics, and how data impacts performance.
- Proven experience managing teams, project management, and delegation.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, overseeing operations, ensuring data quality, and resolving internal issues.
