We are seeking a Senior Manager – Growth Enablement Manager to help frontline teams improve their time in front of clients and make that time impactful. The role will partner with sales, finance, and marketing teams to drive sales efficiency and growth.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent from a premium institute
- Experience in Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Management processes/Pre-sales
- Exposure working with IT domain/IT/BPO companies
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Experience in Sales, Sales Strategy & Planning, Consulting, Advisory
- Ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions
- Ability to work in a multicultural, multi-geography environment
- Experience working with Senior Leaders & excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent MS office skills – Excel, PPT, Word
