What you’ll do
- You take responsibility as a Key User for mapping and further developing our sales processes in the system landscape.
- As the central contact person for the Sales department, you coordinate inquiries, requirements and improvement suggestions regarding our user systems and coordinate these with internal IT and other interfaces.
- You continuously develop our ERP and CRM processes and ensure efficient support of sales operations.
- Adjustments to program configurations, database queries and reports are part of your tasks, as is the management of user rights in the department.
- You conduct training and workshops for our users and create appropriate documentation.
- Together with the relevant interfaces, you ensure the documentation and implementation of audits according to ISO 9001 and update the relevant processes.
- You further develop sales-internal reporting formats, checklists and standards and ensure their successful implementation in daily operations.
- You support the department in implementing internal regulations, for example in the area of data protection, and ensure their consideration in the relevant processes.
- You represent the interests of the Sales department in the operations team and actively bring the sales requirements into the further development of our systems.
- As an innovation driver, you identify digitalization potential and develop suitable solutions together with the relevant interfaces.
What you bring
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree, for example in Business Informatics or Business Administration
- At least five years of relevant professional experience, ideally with experience in Microsoft Dynamics or as a Key User of a CRM or ERP system
- Good knowledge of project management and a pronounced affinity for digitalization topics
- A pronounced understanding of processes as well as analytical thinking ability
- A structured, independent and solution-oriented working method
- Communication skills and enjoyment of working with different departments
- Enjoyment of supporting users, conveying knowledge and actively accompanying change processes
- Negotiation-level German language skills in word and writing (at least C1), good English language skills are desirable
