To drive podium landscaping revenue growth by building strategic relationships with contractors, identifying and securing new project opportunities, and increasing conversion rates on current bids.
Requirements
- Strong experience in project-led construction sales, ideally in landscaping, external works, podium systems, facades, roofing, or related services.
- Proven ability to build and close complex pipelines with Tier 1 contractors.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Technically credible with the ability to support clients through design and value engineering.
- Skilled in navigating the full contractor decision cycle.
