Requirements
- HND/degree level in a Science or Engineering subject is desired but not essential
- Demonstrable experience of budget/forecasting/financial acumen
- Previous experience of managing a Profit & Loss
- High level of demonstrable commercial acumen
- Significant experience working within the SSD and/or Infection Control market
- Experience working in a multi-site environment
- Demonstrable experience in managing a medium+ sized experienced sales team
- Proven successful sales background with hands-on approach to ‘lead by example’
- A strong background in dealing with clients at a high level
- Working knowledge and experience of sales within the medical field
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT Literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
