Sales Operations Analyst

Role Overview

Paragonix is seeking a data-driven and self-motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. This key role will help to support the growth and efficiency of our Commercial and Financial functions.

What You Will Do

Manage day-to-day sales order processing, create invoices, ensure data accuracy and completeness in our ERP and CRM systems, identify and implement process improvements, and work closely with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics or similar roles
• Working knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced Excel skills
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• HubSpot experience is a plus

Benefits

• US BASED SALARY – The minimum base salary for this position is $93,000 and the maximum salary is $120,000 plus 5% in annual bonus
