Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Manager Beverage Flavours to manage strategic accounts, identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value to customers and meet revenue targets.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement regional/global sales strategies, manage and grow key customer accounts, identify new business opportunities, analyze sales performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Food Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with Flavours or Food Ingredients
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent analytical thinking and business acumen
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
