Role Overview

The Creative & Marketing Manager leads the execution and coordination of marketing efforts across the council, ensuring brand consistency, managing campaigns, and overseeing day-to-day marketing operations.

What You Will Do

Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives, and maintain brand standards across all materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing or communications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms (social media, email, CMS)
  • Basic design experience preferred (Adobe Suite, Canva, etc.)
  • Ability to work flexible and changing schedules, including evenings and weekends when required.
  • Valid driver’s license and continuous availability of automobile. Travel may be required for certain media opportunities or council trainings and meetings.
  • Commitment to GSNCCP and GSUSA Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Belonging, and Racial Justice initiatives.
  • Maintain a GSUSA Membership
