Operations Manager, Inside Sales

Role Overview

The Operations Manager, Inside Sales will be responsible for the management of all aspects of the assigned team, including managing and executing programs, policies, and systems to minimize delinquency and reduce losses.

What You Will Do

Directly supervise 10+ employees, exercise management authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, and terminations, and review and approve employee time sheets and requests for time off.

Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisory or leadership position
• Experience with consumer lending/auto financing a plus
• Intrinsically motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative, identify needs, make recommendations for improvement, see recommendations through implementation, and evaluate improvements for effectiveness
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks during constantly fluctuating business volume
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team – provide quality training, guidance, performance coaching and feedback to assigned staff
• Proficient computer skills with working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new computer applications as required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
