Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth and expand the company’s market presence across Poland. This is a highly visible, entrepreneurial role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape long-term market strategy.
What You Will Do
Identify, build, and manage relationships with advertisers, agencies, brands, publishers, and programmatic partners. Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within AdTech. Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, or Account Management within AdTech
- Strong understanding of the digital advertising and programmatic ecosystem
- Experience working with European clients and partners
- Proven track record of acquiring new business and achieving revenue targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a market
- Comfortable communicating with US-based stakeholders
- Fluent English
- Based in Poland
