Sales Manager – Merchant Acquisition

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing frontline sales team within our Commerce division (merchant acquisition). You will lead a team of sellers to consistently hit and exceed sales targets while helping customers see value quickly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven high performance and leadership experience at a SaaS, fintech, payments, or merchant services organization
  • Demonstrated success leading inbound or outbound sales teams with strong results in conversion rate, productivity, and customer value creation
  • Strong analytical competence with experience interpreting sales metrics, forecasting, and using CRM data to guide execution
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and people development skills
  • Ability to work on site and lead in person
