Role Overview
The YouTube Product Partnerships team drives the partner strategy and manages key relationships to make YouTube’s products more accessible and useful. The team owns the business side of new products and initiatives, and seeks to build, distribute, grow, and protect YouTube’s products globally.
What You Will Do
You will lead execution and management of partner relationships, develop strategies for partnerships in Japan, and work with partners on new product integrations, consumer offers, marketing campaigns, and strategic plans.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently
- Experience negotiating and managing term sheets and signed agreements with partners
- Experience reviewing business contracts and working with legal teams
- Experience with complex spreadsheets/data analysis
- Knowledge of YouTube’s and Google’s products, as well as understanding of OTT technologies, products, and services in APAC
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, entrepreneurial, persistent, highly collaborative, and intellectually curious
