What You Will Do
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial landscape clients through proactive communication and exceptional service. Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring quality, timely, and profitable service.

Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial landscape experience with demonstrated client and crew management experience highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing a large portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
- 2- or 4-year college degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- 2–3+ years of experience training, leading, and managing multiple crews, gardeners, or field employees.
- 3+ years of strong customer service, sales, account management, or comparable experience.
- Demonstrated success identifying opportunities and selling additional services to existing clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present proposals and bids.
- Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with branch leadership and field teams.
- Professional presence and the ability to build trust with clients, employees, and business partners.
