Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Data Intelligence & Operations Analyst to support our federal, defense, and consulting operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reports within high-visibility government contracting environments.

What You Will Do

Design, build, and maintain interactive executive dashboards and recurring operational reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics to track revenue, pipeline activity, and workforce performance. Perform detailed operational, financial, and contract analyses to support strategic planning, process improvement, and performance management initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a closely related analytical field.
• 5-8 years of experience (or commensurate)
• Security Clearance: must be eligible to obtain a security clearance if required by position
• 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, operational analytics, or federal consulting
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and BI platforms, specifically Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce Analytics
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and modeling tools, including Python, SQL, JSON, R, and Advanced Excel
• Familiarity with cloud data engineering and AI/ML fundamentals, particularly AWS services (S3, Glue, Redshift, Athena, SageMaker, Lex)
• Experience navigating enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Costpoint, SharePoint, and Oracle Taleo
