Financial Analyst

Role Overview

Support financial reporting, program trend analysis, and variance analysis for the National Security Sector. Collaborate with Accounting, Contracts, and Procurement departments. Perform other duties as assigned.

Prepare financial reporting deliverables, contribute to quarterly forecasts, and support program month-end close process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s with 2-5 years (or commensurate experience)
• 2-5 years in Finance role (Program Finance, Project Control and/or Financial Planning and Analysis)
• Foundational understanding of Government Contracting concepts and basic familiarity with CAS, FAR, and GAAP principles
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated team contributor with willingness to learn and grow
• Familiarity with common contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost Type) is helpful but not essential
