Role Overview
GrabMart is looking for a dynamic Merchant Acquisition and Sales Operations Associate to join our team in Bangkok. You will drive Mid to Long tail GrabMart’s merchant acquisition while optimizing merchant operations to ensure scalable growth.

Strategic Acquisition Strategy and Execution, Sales & Partnership Negotiation, Acquisition Optimization & Operations, Collaboration
Why It Might Be a Fit
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition, strong understanding of Quick commerce or E-commerce landscape, O2O (offline-to online) or grocery, fresh market industry, proficiency in Microsoft excel, experience in e-commerce or food delivery industry, knowledge of digital marketplaces and online grocery delivery services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant acquisition
- Communication: both Thai and English
- Experience to work as part of a team and dynamic culture
